**Responsibilities and duties**
* **Mobility Portfolio Management:** Operationalize transportation allowance (VT), fuel allowance, and interface with chartered transportation services.
* **Operations and Procurement:** Execute the monthly mobility benefits procurement cycle, ensuring correct credit loading and coordination with chartered transportation providers.
* **Data and Eligibility Management:** Administer the beneficiary database, cross-referencing shift schedules (hybrid, retail, and corporate) with applicable fare rates across different states.
* **Financial Control and Payroll:** Validate operator invoices, perform accounting entries, and ensure accuracy of payroll deduction items in compliance with current legislation.
* **Partner Interface and Support:** Manage relationships with suppliers and operators to resolve technical issues, while serving as the primary contact point for employee, manager, and HR Business Partner inquiries.
* **Analysis and Reporting:** Prepare monitoring reports and periodic audits to ensure financial and operational health of the area.
**Requirements and qualifications**
* **Education:** Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Administration, Human Resources, Accounting, or related fields.
* **Experience:** Experience in benefits operations, with specific focus on mobility (VT and Fuel Allowance).
* **Technical Proficiency:** Intermediate-level Excel/Google Sheets (essential: **VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and Data Matching**).
* **Profile:** Strong analytical ability, meticulous attention to detail, problem-solving orientation, and ease handling manual processes and file workflows.
**Preferred qualifications**
* Familiarity with the **SAP (ECC / Benefits Module)** system.
* Prior experience in companies with diverse shift models and nationwide operations.
