Your mission will be to conduct negotiations with national and international suppliers, analyze KPIs and opportunities, apply specialized tools, and ensure purchasing processes aligned with market best practices. You will play a fundamental role in cost optimization, operational continuity, and promoting ethical, sustainable, and policy-compliant procurement practices. This role covers both direct and indirect procurement, impacting areas such as production, administration, and support functions—directly contributing to the company’s efficiency and competitiveness. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Ensure efficient supply, reduce costs, and guarantee operational continuity by evaluating and negotiating strategic purchases of raw materials, services, and products affecting production; * Secure corporate contract formalization, negotiating strategic commercial terms to maximize benefits for the cooperative; * Standardize organizational processes, conduct training, develop manuals and process workflows, and serve as the focal point for inquiries and technical support. * Provide strategic support in identifying and implementing opportunities, assisting coordination in related initiatives; * Ensure agile and accurate acquisition formalization, place purchase orders in the system per internal procedures, and guarantee compliance with cooperative policies; * Analyze and optimize the cooperative’s procurement activities, assess request criticality and volume, define appropriate negotiation strategies, and use cost breakdown and TCO (Total Cost of Ownership) for more precise decision-making; * Identify and mitigate risks while strengthening procurement process integrity; monitor and implement internal and external compliance guidelines; promote sustainable procurement practices; and ensure adherence to all cooperative policies and regulations across procurement processes; * Participate in strategic projects—either actively or as leader—including procurement process improvements, supplier development, new system implementation, standardization efforts, or any other project significantly impacting supported areas; develop action plans, conduct technical analyses, and foster alignment among stakeholders. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed undergraduate degree; * Experience in procurement; * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and Power BI; * Advanced English; * Willingness to travel; * Willingness to reside in Guarapuava \- PR; * Prior experience in freight procurement is a plus. **Additional Information** Working here is much more than a job—it’s a holistic experience centered on care and well-being!
