Salary Range: R$ 2.000,00 to R$ 3.000,00 Variable Compensation: Goal-based bonus Details of Variable Compensation: Variable incentive based on goal achievement. We seek a committed, communicative professional focused on results, directly responsible for enhancing the customer experience through personalized service, technical assessment, and commercial support for the treatments offered by the clinic. This role requires technical responsibility, strong communication skills, commercial aptitude, and interest in aesthetics and technology. Responsibilities * Perform laser hair removal procedures according to company protocols; * Assess clients and advise them on available treatments; * Ensure personalized, safe, and high-quality service; * Conduct client follow-up and retention; * Support commercial initiatives for client acquisition and conversion; * Conduct in-person and online sales of clinic services; * Manage appointment scheduling and workflow; * Maintain equipment and ensure workspace organization; * Comply with technical, sanitary, and internal protocols; * Assist in post-treatment care and client relationship management. Education Completed undergraduate degree in Aesthetics, Biomedicine, or Physical Therapy. Mandatory qualifications: * Certification as an Aesthetician; * Or Biomedical professional with postgraduate specialization in Aesthetics; * Or Physical Therapist. Knowledge * Laser-based aesthetic procedures; * Customer service; * Sales and negotiation techniques; * Biosafety and aesthetic protocols; * Basic computer skills; * Microsoft Office or Google Workspace; * Appointment and service management systems (preferred).
