Serve customers by providing reliable advice and excellent service, applying product knowledge and experience in automotive repairs and diagnostics, delivering technical advisory services as needed, with a service-oriented attitude that exceeds customer expectations, assisting in store control and maintenance, organizing products on shelves, and maintaining the store’s appearance. * Customer service following AutoZone standards; * Inspect and maintain internal and external store conditions; * Ensure inventory is adequately stocked, clean, and organized; * Update and organize display items; * Maintain appropriate inventory control to promote sales and uphold store appearance; * Ensure proper processes and documentation related to sales and pricing, and conduct physical inventories. * High school diploma or equivalent; * Experience in leadership and goal achievement; * Knowledge of automotive parts; * Availability to work weekends and holidays; * Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office suite preferred.
