Description

Provide nursing care to patients across various units of the institution, including both clinical and surgical patients. Coordinate urgent and emergency care, focusing on safety and quality of care as well as individualized treatment. Contribute to patients' rapid recovery. Guide and evaluate the performance of nursing technicians and assistants regarding safety in patient care. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Daily coordinate team activities related to Patient Safety measures, such as: correct patient identification and barriers for identified patient risks. Comply with and ensure compliance of nursing team documentation during your shift to guarantee continuity of care; * Daily supervise the "Surgical Safety Checklist." Coordinate urgent and emergency care swiftly, accurately, and efficiently; arrange the emergency cart with medications, equipment, and qualified professionals to treat patients at risk of life-threatening conditions; * Daily guide nursing technicians and assistants regarding complex patients, pathologies, and clinical conditions. Systematize nursing care with emphasis on guidance, safety, and quality of care. 'Identify errors/failures in processes, report incidents, and refer them to Supervision; * Perform other duties pertinent to the position. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed undergraduate degree in Nursing; * Completed postgraduate degree in the field of practice; * Active COREN registration; * Proficiency in user-level computer skills and Microsoft Office suite. **Additional Information** Work Schedule: 07:00 to 19:00 with a 1-hour break on a 12x36 rotating shift Salary Range: R$ 6\.400,00 to R$ 6\.600,00 (CLT) Benefits: Transportation Allowance, On-site Cafeteria, Meal Voucher, Childcare Assistance, Life Insurance, and SESC Partnership. Prior to **HGP**, any health care need—whether for simple or complex pathology treatment, especially surgical case resolution—required residents of these municipalities to travel long distances to hospitals in greater São Paulo. The Hospital directly serves the municipalities of Taboão da Serra and Embu, collectively home to approximately half a million people, and since its inauguration, its operations have aligned with **SPDM**’s mission: delivering public health services with excellence, social responsibility, and commitment to the principles of Brazil’s Unified Health System (SUS). Over 21 years of service delivery, **HGP** has successfully achieved SPDM’s vision of “being an exemplary public service, recognized as a model of health care delivery.” Furthermore, consistent with the values defined by **SPDM**, **HGP**, since its inauguration, has upheld its “explicit social commitment through citizenship actions, health promotion, disease prevention, and environmental protection,” significantly contributing to regional development. **HGP** was inaugurated during a period of extreme scarcity of health resources and widespread socioeconomic vulnerability among the general population. As part of local and regional development strategies and outlooks, implementation of this service enabled high-risk prenatal care, urgent and emergency hospital care, auxiliary diagnostic tests, and inpatient beds in adult, pediatric, and neonatal intensive care units.
