Customer/user support via phone, mobile app, or intercom, providing assistance during emergencies or in response to inquiries. Logging incidents in internal systems (logs, event reports, ticket opening/closing). Communication with external teams (security guards, auxiliary gatekeepers, mobile patrols, police, fire department) as required. Remote access control, including gate/entrance opening and closing, always following security protocols. **Requirements:** **Requirements:** **Education:** Completed high school Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office suite, navigation in monitoring systems). Prior experience in monitoring centers, electronic security companies, or remote support is desirable. Familiarity with asset protection and emergency protocols. Behavioral Competencies High attention and concentration, as the role involves managing multiple screens and simultaneous alarms. Quick decision-making ability, especially in critical situations. Strong verbal and written communication skills for clear, concise reporting and rapid response. Ethical conduct and professional confidentiality, given access to sensitive information. Ability to work under pressure and in rotating shifts (including nights and weekends, if applicable).
