RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES Responsible for patient reception; Follow established scripts to ensure standardized and effective service; Receive, welcome, and understand the needs of patients and physicians; Accurately and systematically perform patient registration, appointment scheduling, and financial control for the department’s cash desk; Monitor operational indicators to ensure achievement of targets and continuous improvement of service quality. REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS Completed high school education; Experience in healthcare customer service; Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.
