In this role, you will be responsible for preparing credit opinions, verifying compliance with regulatory requirements, and actively participating in credit recovery and reconciliation of outstanding items. If you seek a solid company and possess strategic insight into accounts receivable and cash flow management, we would like to meet you. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Conduct customer (individual and corporate) registration, financial, and reputational analysis; * Assess repayment capacity, credit risk, and transaction structure; * Verify corporate, tax, and registration documentation; * Analyze real and personal guarantees (pledge, mortgage, fiduciary assignment, surety, guarantee, etc.); * Prepare credit opinions indicating limits, terms, conditions, and risk mitigation measures; * Verify compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements; * Maintain up-to-date credit file records; * Monitor receipt and settlement flows of credit transactions; * Track due dates, payments, and delinquency; * Issue collection notices, bank slips, and financial reports; * Effectively collect from delinquent customers by proposing settlement agreements; * Support formalization of renegotiations with Management; * Perform reconciliation and resolution of historical financial arrears, ensuring accurate write-offs and regularization of outstanding instruments; * Prepare and present periodic reports on accounts receivable performance (outstanding amounts vs. delinquency vs. collection timelines vs. cash flow forecasts). **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, or related fields. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Knowledge of agribusiness; * Advanced Microsoft Office proficiency. **Additional Information** **Employment Type: CLT.** * On-site work; * Meal allowance; * Health and dental insurance. Founded in 2008, MOTTA (formerly AGROJEM) stands out for its ability to intelligently and sustainably integrate the animal protein production chain. With over 500 employees and a total area of 50,000 hectares—including 25,000 hectares preserved—the company’s farms are all located in the state of Tocantins and comprise the São Geraldo unit (Caseara\-TO), Bacaba unit (Miranorte\-TO), Céu Azul unit (Divinópolis\-TO), Surubim unit (Ipueiras\-TO), and Terraboa unit (Almas\-TO), in addition to its corporate headquarters in Palmas\-TO.
