Performs company incorporation, amendment, and dissolution procedures to ensure correct registration with competent authorities, executing registrations and follow-ups with the Commercial Registry, Notary Offices, Federal Revenue Service, and state and municipal agencies whenever required. Supports maintenance of corporate registration regularity to ensure tax and corporate compliance, continuously monitoring CNPJ, state and municipal registrations, permits, and licenses. Organizes and maintains up-to-date corporate documentation to ensure control, traceability, and easy access to information, performing physical and digital archiving in accordance with internal standards on an ongoing basis. Provides support to internal departments (Accounting, Tax, HR, and Sales) to ensure alignment of corporate information, responding to requests, clarifying doubts, and providing documents upon request. Serves clients by addressing basic corporate inquiries to ensure strong relationships and understanding of routines, advising on deadlines, required documents, and process status according to received requests. Monitors statutory deadlines and filing protocols to prevent pending issues and legal risks, continuously tracking process statuses and flagging potential inconsistencies to leadership. 8. Complies with and follows internal policies, procedures, and standards to ensure quality, standardization, and compliance, consistently aligning with internal regulations and leadership guidance.
