**Job Description** You will work as a Unit Consultant, ensuring excellent customer service, acquiring new clients, and driving in-person traffic to the unit. Responsibilities and Duties * Greet customers, clarify doubts, and guide them on preparation for procedures; * Customer service: in person, by phone, and via WhatsApp; * Scheduling sessions, verifying and confirming procedure and evaluation calendars, as well as other matters requiring customer contact; * Acquiring new customers and registering them in the system; * Administrative tasks: completing and updating registration data, signing contracts, opening support tickets, receiving goods, tracking, sending e\-mails, etc.; * Customer interactions: service, negotiation, sending quotations, follow-ups, payment guidance, cancellations, unit transfers, etc.; * Organizing and maintaining unit hygiene; * Conducting sales and receiving payments (online and/or in person) according to commercial policy; * Performing evaluations for new customers in the absence of the Unit Manager and/or Laser Specialist; * Informing all customers about the NPS survey, encouraging feedback to continuously improve our relationship; * Closing the unit’s cash register, collecting and depositing cash (if applicable); * Opening and/or closing the unit, following security protocols. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed High School education; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; * Experience in customer service and in-person/online sales; * Availability to work weekends on a rotating schedule. **Additional Information** What do we offer? * Fixed salary \+ bonuses for achieving targets; * Transportation allowance; * Meal allowance; * Food allowance; * Medical assistance; * Dental assistance; * Discount partnership with Zenklub and Orienteme – (online emotional health platform); * Day Off – (one day off during your birthday month); * Educational partnerships with universities and language courses; * Life insurance.
