




Job Summary: As an Administrative Sales Consultant, you will be a key player in customer relationship and sales growth, handling customer service, prospecting, and sales funnel management. As an Administrative Sales Consultant, you will be a key\-player in building relationships with our customers and driving sales growth. **Key Responsibilities:** * Serve customers in person, via WhatsApp, and by phone. * Convert leads into sales and conduct active follow\-up. * Monitor and update the sales funnel in the CRM. * Prospect and reactivate existing customers. * Record customer interactions, sales, and contracts in internal systems (CRM/ERP). * Organize customer schedules, confirmations, and documentation. * Support cash control, financial entries, and commercial actions/events. Requirements: * Completed High School education * Prior experience in consultative sales or in-person commercial customer service. * Proficiency in sales techniques, negotiation, and persuasive communication. * Experience using CRM for recording, follow\-up, and funnel management. * Familiarity with ERP systems and basic administrative routines. * Strong verbal and written communication skills, result orientation, and organizational ability. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel for reporting) **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience in high-pressure environments with aggressive targets and variable compensation. * Prior experience analyzing commercial data and performance metrics. * Participation in marketing campaigns, events, and lead-generation activities. * Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree Benefits * Salary: R$ 2\.250,00 * Bonus: Variable based on performance * Transportation allowance: R$ 10,00 per day
