**Position**: Construction Supervisor **Department**: Engineering **Work Location**: Piracicaba/SP **Employment Type**: CLT **Working Hours**: 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM \- Availability to work on Saturdays required **Responsibilities**: Oversees all routine activities conducted at the construction site; completes reports such as the daily construction log; monitors employees' time card entries to prevent errors and alterations. Interprets technical drawings and blueprints to determine how workers should proceed, ensuring effective scheduling management and timely achievement of project milestones according to pre\-established deadlines. The construction supervisor is authorized to work flexible hours to meet occasional work demands. Supervises the onboarding process for new employees on-site and/or employees transitioning into new roles. **Requirements**: * Technical or higher education degree in Civil Engineering, Building Construction, or related fields; * Prior experience in construction projects; * Leadership and team management skills; * Proficiency in EXCEL and Microsoft Office suite; * Driver's license category B; Salary: R$3\.518,00 per month Benefits: * Company mobile phone * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work Mode: On\-site
