Preparing and tracking commercial proposals Description: Responsible for attracting customers and/or prospects by presenting TOTVS solutions to foster new business opportunities within the assigned customer base/segment. Responsibilities and Duties * Providing remote, telephone, and in-person support to internal customers; * Assisting in clarifying doubts or escalating them to the responsible party; * Guiding users on area processes and procedures using communication tools (emails, phones, etc.); * Working with the company's CRM; * Preparing commercial proposals based on guidelines entered into the CRM by Sales Executives; * Creating commercial proposals received via the department's email; * Tracking the status of commercial proposals to advance them to the next stage; * Updating proposal tracking based on the current stage; * Opening and tracking tickets (internal requests) on various topics; * Registering new CNPJs; * Supporting commercial management. Requirements and Qualifications * Completed undergraduate degree (preferred); * Strong adaptability to repetitive and systematic tasks; * Focus and concentration to perform tasks attentively; * Prior experience in internal customer service and relationship management; * Basic knowledge of Excel and Google tools (Google Drive, Docs, Sheets, etc.). 2511120202181861793
