If you identify with who we are ***\#VemSerSolar \#PaixãoQueTransforma \#SedeQueImpulsiona*** **Responsibilities and Duties** #### **Your Day\-to\-Day Will Include:** * Develop and execute change management plans focused on adopting new ways of working, technologies, and processes arising from Solar’s digital transformation agenda — including communication, training, support, and stakeholder management; * Ensure change management initiatives are integrated with cultural initiatives led by the Human Resources area and the Solar Executive Committee; * Act as the liaison among project teams, business areas, and HR, ensuring alignment of change initiatives with organizational objectives; * Develop and implement methodologies and tools, considering Solar’s established cultural context and guidelines; * Conduct organizational impact analyses (involved stakeholders, risks, and resistance points) to maximize engagement and adoption of proposed changes; * Monitor and report on organizational readiness indicators, adoption levels, and effectiveness of change management actions — as well as develop action plans; * Facilitate workshops and training sessions to prepare teams for change and increase internal engagement; * Collaborate with HR on defining the change communication strategy; * Draft documents, manuals, and standard project requirements related to change management practices; * Partner with the Culture team, business areas, and stakeholders on change management actions, projects, and initiatives. **Requirements and Qualifications** #### **What You Need:** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resources, or related fields; * Experience in change management and methodologies such as ADKAR, Lean Change Management, and PDCA; * Knowledge of Design Thinking, PMP, and PMI; * Basic English proficiency. #### **Nice\-to\-Have (Differentiators):** * Postgraduate degree in Project Management, Change Management, or Business Administration; * Experience implementing organizational agility; * Familiarity with Azure DevOps, advanced Office suite, design tools, and Power BI; * Experience with machine learning platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, etc.); * Certifications such as Change Management Specialist (CMS), Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP), Lean Six Sigma, or Scrum Master (CSM or PSM); * Intermediate English proficiency. **Working Hours:** **Additional Information** #### **Other Benefits of Being Solar:** For your health and safety: * Health insurance with special conditions for you and your dependents; * Telemedicine services covering multiple specialties, including telepsychology; * Dental plan; * Emotional Well\-Being Program; * Wellhub (fitness center network); * Life insurance.
