Effective communication with patients and hospitals. **Qualifications** **Education:** Bachelor's degree completed in Biomedicine, Pharmacy, or Biology. **Preferred:** Postgraduate degree in Clinical Laboratory Analysis **Desirable:** Minimum 6 months of experience **Technical Knowledge:** Microsoft Office Suite **Responsibilities:** Handle telephone inquiries, assist in resolving requests, and record as necessary; Register biological samples via the Shift system; Collect biological samples; Receive pending and recollected samples, identify and prepare them for analysis and/or forwarding; Receive samples from other units; Perform triage, preparation, and segregation of materials, and forward them to the technical department for analysis and storage; Forward samples to support laboratories; Clean departmental equipment; Record temperature; Enter procedural results; Perform clinical laboratory tests, verify results, and sign reports within agreed deadlines; Provide scientific advisory to clarify patient preparation and sample collection requirements; Organize and clean the work area to prepare for clinical examinations, ensuring routine efficiency according to required quality standards; Verify operational conditions of laboratory equipment for clinical examinations; Record non-conformities for process correction or corrective and preventive equipment maintenance; Perform and record internal quality control (when required) and equipment maintenance; Perform and record monthly external quality control analysis; Store biological samples; Dispose of biological samples when necessary;
