All selection processes conducted by **MOVIDA** are affirmative, inclusive, and non-discriminatory. **Responsibilities and duties** Responsible for guiding and delivering the vehicle to the customer, providing support and instructions regarding the use of services, equipment, and accessories of the rented vehicle; Transport customers between the branch and the airport, and from the airport to the branch, ensuring fast, safe, and high-quality service; (if required) Assist the customer during vehicle pickup and return; Guide the customer during boarding and disembarking, assisting with personal belongings, equipment, and luggage; Instruct the customer on the use of specific equipment and accessories included with the rented vehicle; Support inter-branch vehicle transfers, as well as transfers to fuel stations and other service providers; Assist in verifying and delivering vehicle documentation during the rental process; Support fleet verification, indicating availability and unavailability, and assist in scheduling maintenance; Assist in executing procedures for receiving new vehicles, ensuring their availability for rental; Create, modify, replace, and close contracts in the system and/or individually. **Requirements and qualifications** * Completed High School education; * Valid and permanent driver’s license (CNH); * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; * Experience in customer service (retail experience is a plus). **Additional information** We offer all the traditional benefits you already know—and go beyond them.
