Will work in partnership with internal departments to ensure compliance with deadlines and organizational activities. **Detailed Responsibilities:** Support drafting, reviewing, and organizing contracts, amendments, and other legal documents; Monitor procedural, contractual, and administrative deadlines; Handle filing and tracking of documents with public and private entities; Maintain updated files and control systems for contracts, legal proceedings, powers of attorney, and documents; Assist in preparing legal department reports and metrics; Support administrative tasks related to the department; Liaise with clients, public agencies, directors, and external partners as needed; Perform other related duties as required by the department. **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Law currently in progress. **Professional Experience:** 1–3 years **Additional Courses:** Proficiency in computer tools, management software, and Microsoft Office suite for document creation and spreadsheet management **Competencies:** Experience in administrative routines and interpretation of procedures and contracts Experience in analyzing and drafting contracts, notices, and legal proceedings Familiarity with basic research methods and communication techniques Excellent organizational and time-management skills Ability to handle high-volume deliverables Integrity and confidentiality 2512100202181912381
