Prior experience in the commercial area within the promotional gifts industry—especially in sublimation, screen printing, laser engraving, pad printing, and other printing systems—is a strong advantage. **Daily Responsibilities:** * Maintain and organize the customer database; contact customers as needed. * Present commercial proposals, price lists, and promotions. * Address customer inquiries regarding products, delivery timelines, and terms. * Test and familiarize oneself with products; provide samples for customer evaluation when feasible and necessary. * Promote products to drive sales, both physically and online. * Support external sales representatives and field sales personnel. * Maintain optimal customer relationships. * Negotiate when required. * Finalize service or product sales. * Prioritize orders and/or actions for key customers. * Monitor product deliveries and identify potential irregularities. * Prepare and analyze post-sales reports. * Conduct or review customer satisfaction surveys. * Perform market research to identify new sales opportunities. * Suggest improvements to commercial processes.
