Job Summary: Position for an internal sales representative focused on in-person and online customer service and sales, managing leads, appointments, and negotiations with patients undergoing treatment. Work in a dynamic environment focused on sales targets. A mid-sized clinic is hiring for its internal sales and customer service department. (Female) Position located in Goiânia - GO; company situated in Jardim América, near Rua C-180 and Av. C-182. ##### **Requirements** ➢ Proven experience in in-person sales, phone calls, and WhatsApp communication. ➢ Proficiency in computer typing. ➢ Experience with software systems; CRM experience is a plus. ➢ Aptitude and enthusiasm for delivering customer service/sales both in-person and online, and for working with "leads". ➢ Maturity and experience serving/selling to customers seeking medical treatment. ➢ Completed high school education. ➢ Availability to work Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM. **Daily Responsibilities** ➢ Deliver high-quality, excellence-oriented customer service with a sales focus. ➢ Strong interpersonal skills and sensitivity when interacting with patients undergoing health treatment. ➢ Clarify financial matters via WhatsApp. ➢ Issue contracts and quotations, and send them to clients/patients; strong Portuguese language proficiency required. ➢ Send clinic service presentation materials via WhatsApp. ➢ Schedule consultations and monitor each time slot/client/consultation. ➢ Conduct negotiations in accordance with clinic policies. ➢ Record and update every stage of the sales process in the CRM; therefore, proficient typing is required. ➢ Maturity to work under pressure in a goal-driven sales environment. **We Offer** ➢ Compensation: Earnings with potential to reach/exceed R$3,500.00, comprising a fixed salary of R$2,300.00 registered on the employment record + commissions/bonuses/incentives + benefits. ➢ Benefits: Meal allowance of R$18.00/day + transportation allowance of R$8.60/day; both provided without payroll deduction.
