Customer service for new insurance policies and renewals Job Specification **INSURANCE COMMERCIAL ASSISTANT** **Requirements:** Completed high school education; minimum 1 year of insurance experience; customer service for new insurance policies and renewals; claims support and database updates; knowledge of insurance lines: Automobile, Corporate, Residential, and Health; proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel). **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. **Salary:** BRL 1,800.00 \+ performance-based bonuses. **Benefits:** Transportation allowance; meal voucher (BRL 35.00 per day); life insurance; and comprehensive health plan. **Location:** Santo André - SP / Downtown.
