Organize and archive documents **Description and Responsibilities:** **Working Hours:** 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM **Level:** Operational **Employment Type:** Permanent – CLT * Perform administrative activities that support processes, products, and services, including: data entry into systems, spreadsheet controls, data registration, system updates, and document organization and archiving; * Draft correspondence, e\-mails, and official letters in response to client requests, following predefined templates and team instructions; * Prepare and dispatch documents, make copies, answer phone calls, and clarify inquiries while maintaining organized files and databases; * Request, sort, deliver, and track materials for employees, suppliers, and clients via internal systems and document signing procedures; * Generate and/or prepare low-complexity administrative reports through spreadsheet development, data input, and verification, based on system data and internal controls. **Requirements:** * Education: Completed High School; * Knowledge: Basic Microsoft Office Suite; * Familiarity with Public Administration and Public Procurement Legislation. **Benefits:** Internal benefits, Meal Voucher, Transportation Voucher
