




Job Summary: The Administrative Analyst will perform administrative tasks, monitor workflows, prepare reports, and provide support to the production department. Key Highlights: 1. Join our team as an Administrative Analyst! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Perform departmental administrative activities, monitoring methods and workflows; * Monitor, execute, and support administrative activities; * Prepare administrative area monitoring reports; * Provide administrative support to the production department; * Submit purchase requests and register invoices via system; * Comply with general, occupational health/safety, and internal company policies. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school education; * Knowledge or experience in administrative routines; * Knowledge or experience with Microsoft Office suite; * Typing services and proficiency in reports, spreadsheets, and presentation graphics. **Additional Information** * Life insurance (co-payment); * Health plan (co-payment); * CLT employment contract.
