Sao Paulo, Brazil \| Full time \| Office\-based \| R1527598 **Job Overview** Provide multichannel inbound and outbound support to patients, physicians, and healthcare professionals under the Patient Support Program; collect reports of Adverse Events and technical complaints about the product; record information in the system/spreadsheets; and contact and support program service providers. **Essential Functions** * Deliver multichannel customer service, including provision of services and resolution of product- or program-related support/service issues. * Record interactions and processes in the CRM system and spreadsheets. * Provide health guidance and quality-of-life support to patients and caregivers enrolled in the program. * Assist physicians and other healthcare professionals with patient treatment or use of program benefits. * Monitor and support service providers in delivering program benefits. **Qualifications** * Technical or undergraduate degree in a health-related field (currently pursuing or completed). * Microsoft Office suite (minimum proficiency: intermediate). * English language skills are considered a plus. * Resident of São Paulo/SP. * Availability to work onsite at the IQVIA office. * IQVIA is committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace.
