Job Summary: We are seeking an E-commerce Customer Service Agent responsible for providing customer support and resolving issues via chat and phone. Key Highlights: 1. Career Development Opportunities We are looking for a Customer Service Agent to handle e-commerce customer interactions across multiple channels, interfacing with customers via phone calls and chat.
