Join us and become part of a team committed to **saving lives and building Brazil.** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Perform medium-complexity operational routines, such as various controls, general procedures, filing, meeting scheduling, and typing of various documents, following established standards and ensuring the smooth execution of assigned tasks. * Organize and manage files by classifying and archiving documents according to existing procedures in the area of operation, conducting periodic cleanup of processes to ensure easy retrieval during future consultations. * Provide in-person and telephone assistance, triaging and resolving medium-complexity issues, referring matters to responsible parties, and decentralizing workload within the area of operation. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed High School Education **Additional Information** * Location: R. It employs experienced and highly qualified professionals, including occupational physicians, safety engineers and technicians, as well as specialists widely recognized in the market.
