Organization and support for business routines Work as an office assistant providing administrative and operational support for RE/MAX Axxia, ensuring efficient daily operations, appropriate customer reception, and support for business and team activities—contributing to an organized, functional operation aligned with the company's service standards. **Main Responsibilities** · Greet and welcome customers, partners, and visitors, representing RE/MAX Axxia with friendliness and professionalism. · Provide in-person public service, and when necessary, via telephone or messaging applications. · Serve water and coffee to customers and staff, maintaining order in the reception area. · Perform daily operational routines of the business and branch. · Receive, organize, register, and deliver external documents—including those from notary offices, partners, suppliers, and other third parties. · Support workplace organization, including meeting rooms and common areas of the branch. · Provide administrative support for commercial and administrative operations, such as document typing (receipts, contracts, etc.), use and registration in various systems, payment requests, expense reporting, invoice requests, among others. · Perform other store operational support tasks as needed and per leadership guidance.
