Document issuance and information organization A traditional real estate agency specializing in property purchases, sales, and rentals is hiring a professional to work in the Administrative/Financial area as a general support staff. Position located in Goiânia \- GO, near Plaza D'oro Shopping. (Female) ##### **Requirements** ➢ Proven experience in administrative-related activities, such as: * Issuance of fiscal invoices (Notas Fiscais). * Issuance of bank slips (Boletos). * Proficient typing for system data entry. * Excellent typing skills. * Customer reception: in person, by phone, WhatsApp, etc. * Basic knowledge of posting content on social media. * Ability to create/edit images using Canva. * Completed high school education. ➢ Availability to work Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m., and alternate Saturdays until 12 p.m. **Daily Responsibilities:** ➢ Perform various data entries into the system. ➢ Receive customers. ➢ Type contracts; therefore, excellent typing skills are required. ➢ Create/edit images in Canva and post them on social media. ➢ Organize documents (physical and digitized files in folders). ➢ Register and update customer data in the system \> Contract issuance. ➢ Professional maturity to report directly to general management. **We Offer:** ➢ Formal employment contract with a monthly salary of R$2\.300,00\. ➢ Benefits: Meal allowance of R$22.00 per day \+ Transportation Benefit (VT) or equivalent fuel allowance.
