Manage accounts receivable, including issuing invoices, tracking receipts, and collections. Perform daily and monthly bank reconciliations, ensuring all financial transactions are properly recorded. Assist in preparing and issuing invoices, tax invoices, and related financial documents. Assist in drafting and entering new service contracts, collecting signatures, and monitoring measurement balances. Collaborate with the finance team in preparing managerial reports and financial analyses. Participate in monthly and annual accounting closings, contributing to the accuracy of financial statements. Enter payments into the banking system and obtain payment approvals from management. Perform administrative finance support tasks, such as attaching documents to the system.
