Job Summary: A professional responsible for customer service, financial transaction support, submission of ancillary tax declarations, and accounting closing for highly complex companies and economic groups, as well as conducting training and supporting the team. Support and training for new employees Provides customer service via phone, WhatsApp, in-person meetings, and online meetings to resolve potential questions and align processes. Monitors the service delivery of all team members when necessary. Problem resolution. Supports data entry of financial transactions. Submits all types of federal-level ancillary tax declarations using software provided by government agencies to comply with current legislation. Performs accounting closing for highly complex companies using the Dominio system to comply with current legislation. Performs accounting closing for large-scale economic groups. On-site work at client companies. Supports new team members by guiding them on system usage, network access, and execution of accounting department processes. Provides general support to the team for standard daily accounting tasks. Conducts internal and external training sessions using materials developed by the Coordination, Senior/Lead Analysts, and Team Leader to enhance team capabilities and improve customer service. Assists the team leader and coordination in managing departmental tasks, such as spreadsheets, controls, servicing other clients, and routine accounting activities. Assists in and verifies all ancillary obligations relevant to the department using software provided by government agencies and internal control technology tools to comply with current legislation.
