Focus on Material Master and Service Master **Master Data Analyst \- SAP S/4HANA** ------------------------------------------- We are seeking a **Materials and Services Registration Analyst** to work on an **SAP S/4HANA migration project**, ensuring data quality, standardization, and integrity of master data. On-site Work: Fortaleza or São Paulo (Morumbi) ### **Job Mission** Perform activities related to the registration of materials and services within the context of the SAP S/4HANA migration project, ensuring quality, standardization, and integrity of migrated data. ### **Main Responsibilities** * Analyze, review, and execute loading of master data for **Materials and Services (Material Master and Service Master)**, in accordance with data governance policies. * Support handling and validation of PDM (Product Data Management) and material-specific business rules. * Validate data loads for materials, inventory, purchase orders, contracts, and manual registrations, per project-defined templates and standards. * Ensure data standardization and compliance according to MDM policies and functional requirements. * Support the data team and operational areas in identifying and correcting inconsistencies in materials and services registrations. * Use Excel at an intermediate level for verification, reconciliation, and consolidation of information from diverse sources. * Collaborate with business areas in validating and approving migrated information. ### **Desired Qualifications and Knowledge** * Basic to intermediate knowledge of **SAP S/4HANA**, especially in modules **MM and PM**. * Prior experience in **ERP data loading or migration projects**. * Knowledge of **materials and services master data**, including categorization practices, coding, and units of measure. * Intermediate Excel skills and general understanding of databases. ### **Behavioral Competencies** * Attention to detail and strong sense of responsibility for data quality. * Organization and ability to follow predefined standards and processes. * Proactivity and commitment to deadlines and deliverables. * Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams.
