We design journeys that go far beyond traditional tourism — they are experiences of transformation, connection, and discovery. **Function Mission** Transform real-life experiences into content that generates desire, authority, and sales. You won’t just “shoot videos”. You will be responsible for translating what we live through expeditions into content that moves people to take action. **Your Responsibilities** * Full video production (shooting \+ editing); * Creation of content for social media and YouTube; * Behind-the-scenes coverage, embarkation moments, testimonials, and experiential footage; * On-set direction involving clients and team members; * Editing focused on retention and impact; * Adaptation of content for performance (organic and paid); * Publishing and organizing content across social media platforms; * Support in building narratives that reinforce authority and trust. **What We Expect From You** * Ability to appear on camera and confidently host videos. * Refined aesthetic sense \+ strong storytelling instinct; * Ease adapting to diverse environments (urban, highway, natural); * Energy, enthusiasm, and flexibility for a dynamic routine; * Strong communication skills and interpersonal ability (with clients and team); * Proactivity and sense of responsibility; * Organization even under pressure (travel demands this). **Preferred Qualifications (High Weight in Selection)** * Experience creating sales-driven content; * Knowledge of digital marketing and sales funnels; * Understanding of key metrics; * Experience covering travel/events; * Mastery of current trends. **What You Must Understand Before Applying** Here, content is not just about aesthetics. * Content must generate perceived value.
