Job Summary: Atendas is seeking a UX Designer to transform complex workflows into clear and efficient interfaces, evolve the Design System, and collaborate with product and engineering throughout the entire design lifecycle. Our platform is a rapidly growing Brazilian CRM, and design sits at the core of product decisions. If you excel at transforming complex workflows into clear and efficient interfaces, this role is for you. **Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:** * Evolving and maintaining Atendas' Design System, ensuring consistency across components, tokens, and interaction patterns. * Mapping, questioning, and redesigning critical platform workflows: pipelines, dashboards, automations, and customer history. * Conducting user research, interviews, and usability testing to inform design decisions. * Collaborating with product and engineering across the entire cycle: discovery, prototyping, handoff, and QA. **What we’re looking for (Requirements):** * Proven experience in digital product design (portfolio required). * Proficiency in Figma: variables, auto layout, components, and advanced prototyping. * Experience with design systems and complex B2B interfaces. * Ability to think holistically about end-to-end workflows—not just isolated screens. * Clear communication skills when working with technical and business teams. **What would make our eyes light up (Nice-to-haves):** * Experience with CRM, ERP, or sales management tools. * Prior work on products or projects involving AI—such as conversational assistants, intelligent automations, or any solution where AI was integral to the user experience. * Familiarity with qualitative research methods and frameworks like Jobs to Be Done or similar. **Contract Details:** * Contract type: PJ (Individual Contractor) * Compensation: R$ 5\.000,00 per month * Work model: 100% Remote **Benefits we offer:** * Home Office Allowance to support setting up your home workspace. * Wellhub for your physical health. * Alura Scholarship (50%) to encourage continuous learning and technical growth.
