Job Summary: The professional will provide customer service, triage, and Level 1 technical support to users in corporate environments, operating systems, and applications, as well as assist the infrastructure team. Support to the infrastructure team **Responsibilities:** Provide user support in person, remotely, and via telephone, ensuring proper logging, tracking, and resolution of service requests according to established procedures and SLAs. Perform incident and request triage, classification, and routing, delivering Level 1 technical support for corporate environments, operating systems, IT equipment, Microsoft 365, printers, and institutional applications. Assist users in utilizing systems and technological resources by performing basic configurations, installing approved software, validating access rights, and providing operational guidance. Support the infrastructure team in technical activities, asset organization, service documentation, and addressing operational IT environment demands. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education; * Technical or higher education in Information Technology, Networking, Systems, or related fields (in progress or completed) is desirable; * Knowledge of Windows operating systems and Office Suite/Microsoft 365; * Knowledge of computer and peripheral assembly, configuration, and basic troubleshooting; * Basic understanding of networking, connectivity, printers, and user support; * Familiarity with helpdesk tools and service request tracking systems; * Strong communication skills, organizational ability, and teamwork capacity; * Remote support, remote access, and corporate environment routine knowledge is desirable; * Advantage: Prior experience in Service Desk, technical support, or healthcare environments.
