Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Administrative Assistant to optimize the installation processes of advanced products, ensuring operational excellence and customer satisfaction. Technical and operational support during the installation process We are looking for a dedicated and proactive Administrative Assistant to join our team, with a focus on efficiently executing activities related to the workflow of advanced product installation processes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring, controlling, and optimizing operational indicators, ensuring all procedures are carried out with excellence. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Schedule advanced service (B2B) installations related to Data and Voice, proactively interacting with field teams and customers to ensure adherence to schedules and agreed SLAs. * Support supervisory activities and actions by providing regular reports on daily situations and issues, contributing to informed decision-making. * Contribute to resolving area-related issues by managing exception requests with interfacing departments whenever necessary, aiming for agile and effective resolution. * Provide technical and operational support during the installation process, ensuring all steps are completed within established deadlines and to expected quality standards. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Education: Completed High School. * Prior experience in similar roles is desirable, preferably in telecommunications or technology. * Time management and organizational skills. * Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders. * Intermediate proficiency in Excel and Windows. * Familiarity with Remedy, CSO, Vantive, SAE, STAR, and TOA systems. * Knowledge of quality and productivity indicators and KPIs. * Ability to interpret data and contribute insights for continuous process improvement. \#JoinVivo **Additional Information** Here’s what we offer you: Choose the ideal benefit for you and your dependents through a digital platform offering multiple categories including Gyms, Meal Vouchers (VR), Food Vouchers (VA), Pharmacy Assistance, Medical Assistance, Dental Assistance, and Life Insurance; Corporate mobile phone.
