We are seeking a **Tech Manager** to lead the creation and evolution of new products on the **Flow Platform**, CI\&T’s Artificial Intelligence platform designed to accelerate solution development via intelligent agents and automation. This person will play a strategic role connecting product, technology, and people, ensuring teams deliver innovative, scalable, and business-value-oriented solutions. We seek a leader with strong technical vision and product mindset, capable of building high-performing teams, fostering a culture of experimentation, and supporting the continuous evolution of the platform—driving AI as a competitive differentiator. ### **Responsibilities** Lead multidisciplinary teams responsible for creating and evolving Flow Platform products. Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, and Architects to define product vision, roadmap, and priorities. Foster an environment of collaboration, autonomy, continuous learning, and results orientation. Ensure solutions are developed with quality, security, scalability, and excellent user experience. Promote a culture focused on experimentation, hypothesis validation, and data-driven decision-making. Support the evolution of architecture and development practices, encouraging standardization, reuse, and continuous improvement. Monitor technology and product metrics, driving actions that increase operational efficiency and delivery impact. Develop people through feedback, mentoring, development plans, and cultivation of new technical leadership. Serve as the primary interface between technology, product, and stakeholders—communicating risks, outcomes, and opportunities for evolution. ### **Requirements for this challenge** Experience in technical leadership or software development team management roles. Solid experience in software development and modern system architecture. Proven experience leading product squads and multidisciplinary teams. Experience with agile methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, and Lean. Knowledge of cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP), containers, and Kubernetes. Experience with CI/CD, DevSecOps, observability, and cloud-native architecture. Experience building or evolving metric-driven and experimentation-oriented digital products. Knowledge of Generative Artificial Intelligence, LLMs, and intelligent agent platforms. Experience with AI frameworks such as LangChain, LangFlow, LiteLLM, Semantic Kernel, or similar. Knowledge of APIs, microservices, messaging, and system integrations. Ability to lead people, develop talent, and support technical and strategic decisions. Excellent communication skills for working with multidisciplinary teams and business stakeholders. Advanced English for global collaboration. ### **Nice-to-have** Experience with the CI\&T Flow platform or intelligent agent platforms. Experience building products in greenfield environments, startups, or technology companies. Experience with Product-Led Growth (PLG) or SaaS products. Knowledge of MLOps, LLMOps, and AI operations in production. Experience with Design Thinking, Lean Startup, Continuous Discovery, Jobs to Be Done (JTBD), and value engineering. Experience with observability tools, feature flags, and experimentation platforms. Certifications in Cloud, Product, or agile methodologies.
