Link: https://app.hunterhero.io/ats/gersonpaivafolz/jobs/323804 Responsibilities As a TECH MANAGER at Monte Bravo, you will be involved in a wide range of responsibilities, including: - Leading technology squads dedicated to Fixed Income products (Tesouro Direto, CDBs, LCIs/LCAs, Debentures) and Equities products (stocks, ETFs, REITs, derivatives). - Ensuring stability and scalability of Home Broker platforms, trading APIs, and OMS/EMS systems. - Ensuring integration with B3 (Sinacor, BTB, PUMA Trading System, RTC, Selic, Cetip, Clearings). - Coordinating solutions for intraday risk, operational limits, PLD/AML, suitability, compliance, and D+0/D+2 settlement. - Leading technical areas: Backend, Frontend, Mobile, and QA — defining standards, architecture, security, and deployment pipelines. - Participating in strategic committees with Product, Risk, Operations, and Compliance teams to support technology-related decision-making. - Enhancing systems for pricing, return calculation, custody, and client positions. - Ensuring observability: logging, latency monitoring, incident management, DRP, and high availability. - Managing vendors (B3, custodians, third-party OMS/EMS systems, risk calculation platforms). - Promoting a high-performance engineering culture, SRE, DevSecOps, automated testing, and change governance. - Performing other related duties as assigned by departmental responsibilities and the nature of your role, per management direction. What do you need? - In-depth knowledge of the exchange trading lifecycle (pre-trade, trade, post-trade). - Experience integrating with B3 (Sinacor, PUMA, Selic, CETIP, Clearings). - Event-driven architecture, microservices, and low-latency/high-throughput systems. - Technology governance, security, LGPD, and compliance with ANBIMA, CVM, and BACEN regulations. - Engineering team management (Backend, Frontend, Mobile, QA). - Experience in high-availability environments and real-time trading systems.
