**About the position** ---------------- We are looking for a **Tech Lead** to work on strategic projects within the financial ecosystem, technically leading development squads and supporting the building of scalable, resilient, and highly available solutions. The professional will be responsible for guiding technical decisions, supporting team development, and ensuring delivery quality, working closely with product, architecture, and engineering teams. **Responsibilities** --------------------- * Serve as the technical reference for the development team; * Lead architecture discussions and solution design; * Develop and evolve applications using **.NET/C\#**; * Design and implement integrations and microservices; * Work with messaging systems using **Kafka** and/or **RabbitMQ**; * Support quality, observability, performance, and security practices; * Conduct code reviews, mentoring, and technical guidance for the team; * Work in cloud environments using **AWS**; * Participate in defining and evolving development and continuous delivery processes. **Requirements** -------------- * Prior experience as a **Tech Lead**, Technical Leader, or equivalent role; * Strong experience with **C\# and .NET**; * Experience with microservice architecture and APIs; * Knowledge of messaging systems (**Kafka and/or RabbitMQ**); * Experience with **AWS** environments; * Hands-on experience with **GitHub** and version control practices; * Knowledge of software development best practices, architecture, and quality. **Nice-to-haves** ---------------- * Experience in fintechs, banks, or other financial-sector companies; * Knowledge of high-volume and mission-critical systems; * Experience with event-driven architecture; * Experience with agile methodologies and technical team management. ### **Employment Type:** CLT ### **Department:** Corporate
