Responsibilities * Technically lead the development team; * Define the technical architecture of products and applications; * Ensure code quality, best practices, and scalability; * Support integrations and continuous platform evolution; * Participate in strategic technology-related decisions. Requirements * Previous experience as a Tech Lead; * Solid knowledge of Node.js, NestJS, and TypeScript; * Experience with React and the modern frontend ecosystem; * Hands-on experience with AWS and PostgreSQL; * Experience in system architecture and software development best practices. Nice-to-have * Prior experience in fintechs; * Knowledge of Banking as a Service (BaaS); * Experience with AI/LLMs; * Knowledge of LGPD.
