**Job Description:** ---------------------- We are seeking a Commercial Supervisor to lead and oversee the Internal Sales Promoters team, ensuring high performance, quality customer service, and effective customer retention and reactivation strategies. Responsibilities: - Monitor the performance of the Internal Sales Promoters team; - Conduct individual follow-ups with team members; - Perform audits and monitor WhatsApp communications and phone calls; - Track inactive/paused customers in the app; - Distribute and manage the team’s customer database; - Support the team in handling customer inquiries and issues; - Participate in strategic and operational meetings as needed; - Participate in monitoring, approval, and GMUD testing meetings; - Develop customer retention and reactivation strategies; - Track daily lead acquisition results; - Monitor pending registrations and approvals on a daily basis; - Supervise and develop training programs for the team; - Supervise reactivation of customers who have not made purchases for over 60 days; - Design sales actions and campaigns; - Provide support to the Credit Commercial Head. **Mandatory Requirements:** ------------------------------ Completed undergraduate degree; Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office suite; Enrolled in postgraduate studies or an MBA program; Prior experience in commercial supervision; Knowledge of customer retention and reactivation strategies; Experience with CRM systems, digital customer service, and KPI management. **Employment Type:** -------------------------- Both CLT and PJ **PwD (Persons with Disabilities):** -------- NO **Benefits:** --------------- Meal or Food Card: R$28.00 per working day; Health Insurance: 50% co-payment; Dental Insurance: 70% co-payment; Transportation Voucher; TotalPass: Benefit for access to partner gyms; Dedicated dining and rest area in an innovative and comfortable environment; Casual Friday; Special events and commemorative dates. **Work Location:** ---------------------- COOPER INTERMEDIAÇÕES **Working Hours:** ------------------------ Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
