Software Engineer - Senior Single Sign-On Engineer

We are seeking an IAM Specialist with advanced experience in Single Sign-On (SSO) and User Authentication. You will be a key contributor supporting a highly visible project involving a highly complex authentication architecture. The core focus is to lead, diagnose, and architect robust SSO solutions, ensuring smooth and secure operation of mission-critical systems. **Key Responsibilities** * Directly engage with SSO and User Authentication in a high-complexity, high-visibility project. * Lead and manage projects (including planning, task assignment, status monitoring, effort coordination, and on-time delivery assurance). * Analyze system requirements, identifying appropriate interactions and interfaces among affected components and subsystems. * Proactively plan capacity for platforms and applications. * Write and review system specifications, including output requirements, process flows, and detailed technical diagrams. * Supervise and actively participate in testing procedures, software system validation, programming, and documentation. * Provide support for other Identity and Access Management (IAM) technologies as required by the environment. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Finance, or related fields. * Advanced knowledge and hands-on experience with Single Sign-On (SSO) technologies such as **CA SiteMinder** and **Ping Identity**. * Expertise in authentication protocols (**SAML, OAuth2, OIDC**). * In-depth experience analyzing tokens, assertions, and traffic flows between IdPs, SPs, and browser sessions (using tools such as **Fiddler** and **SAML Tracer**). * Advanced ability to diagnose end-to-end SSO issues in hybrid architectures (correlating logs, certificates, headers, and conditional access policies). * Strong understanding of session behavior, federation trust, and the impact of MFA (Multi-Factor Authentication). * Solid knowledge of **Microsoft Active Directory** architecture. * Proficiency in security best practices (including authentication principles) for operating systems based on **Windows Server/Workstation** and **Linux**. * Experience with system monitoring and event analysis. * **Language:** Advanced English (**B2/C1**). **Position Differentiators** * MBA, advanced degree (postgraduate/master’s), or prior experience in management consulting.
