Create and maintain CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps. ### **Join South System and Take Off!** We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer (Node) to board our spacecraft and, together, propel people and businesses through innovation. #### **Location: Remote** **Responsibilities:** * Develop **robust Node.js APIs** (Express, Fastify, NestJS or similar) to act as orchestrators between **ServiceNow**, the database, and AI agents. * Implement and maintain **sb\-shovel in Node.js** for message processing, ensuring resilience, reprocessing, and consistent integration with Azure Service Bus. * Design and manage a **rules registry in YAML/JSON**, enabling dynamic configuration of workflows, behaviors, execution policies, and validations. * Create and maintain **CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps**, ensuring: * complete versioning and traceability, * use of **audit store**, * detailed logging of build/release and deployment events, * artifact management and automated quality control. * Configure and operate **Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS)**, including creation of **isolated Jobs (Sandbox without network)**, resource control (CPU/RAM), and configuration of **HPA**. * Build secure execution mechanisms ("dual-key"), including CSV validation, execution planning, and human approval before AKS Job execution. * Implement and maintain integrations with **Azure Service Bus**, including: * DLQ and reprocessing, * rate limiting, * message quarantine. * Instrument the entire application with **Azure Monitor**, ensuring structured logs, metrics, and end-to-end traceability. **Mandatory Requirements:** * Solid (Senior) experience in **Backend development with Node.js** (Express, Fastify, NestJS or similar). * Proficiency in **Azure DevOps**, especially with **AKS** (manifests, Jobs, Ingress, RBAC). * Advanced experience with **Azure DevOps**, including: * Build/Release pipelines, * repository integration, * artifact management, * auditing and advanced logging (audit store). * Knowledge of **NoSQL databases (MongoDB)**. * Experience with **Azure Key Vault** for secure secret management. * Understanding of **event-driven architectures** and messaging with **Azure Service Bus**. * Experience with **rules registries** structured in **YAML/JSON**. * Experience with ingestion and processing tools such as **sb\-shovel in Node.js**. **Nice-to-Have:** * Experience with **MongoDB Atlas** and vector search. * Familiarity with **ServiceNow APIs** (Table API, Attachment API, Import Sets). * Azure certifications (Developer or DevOps). **Benefits That Make a Difference:** * Courses and certifications on **Udemy**, curated and guided by the Business Partner team per team recommendation. * **Remote work allowance** to make your daily routine more comfortable. * **Financial education** to support your economic well-being. * **Flash Card.** Interested in this opportunity?
