The product connects major brands to consumers through a gamified ecosystem of rewards, discount coupons, raffles (including high-value prizes), and exclusive experiences, all through a monthly subscription, functioning as a **100% digital benefits club**. **Your role in this journey** In this opportunity, you will be **VONBZ**, allocated to the client, representing our culture, technical excellence, and mindset of continuous evolution within one of the most strategic projects in the digital ecosystem. ️ **Responsibilities** * Provide **technical direction** to the development team, ensuring quality, consistency, and scalability of solutions. * Design the **architecture of new projects** and guide technological decisions aligned with business needs. * Define and document technical solutions through **flows, diagrams, documentation, and API contracts (Swagger)**. * Implement **frameworks, boilerplates, and reusable components**, increasing team productivity. * Identify opportunities for **operational efficiency** (cost, performance, and reliability) and lead improvement initiatives. * Elevate the maturity of engineering processes, including **code review, CI/CD, testing, versioning, and release/rollback strategies**. * Support the resolution of **production incidents**, conducting workaround solutions and root cause analyses (RCA). * Promote the **DevSecOps** culture, with a focus on automation, observability, and security. * Act as a **mentor** to the team, developing people, raising the technical bar, and encouraging collaboration. * Actively contribute to **code development**, unblocking strategic deliveries when necessary. ✅ **Requirements** * Solid experience as a **Tech Lead or Senior Developer**, working with **.NET / C\#**. * Strong knowledge of **software architecture**, including **Microservices, CQRS, SOLID, and DDD**. * Experience with **cloud computing** (Azure and/or AWS). * Experience with **containers and orchestration**, especially **Kubernetes**. * Experience with **messaging** (RabbitMQ, Kafka) and **distributed cache** (Redis). * Knowledge of **relational and NoSQL databases**, such as PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and Databricks. * Experience with **DevSecOps** practices, including CI/CD, observability, and code quality. * Experience with **agile methodologies (Scrum/Agile)**. * Strong communication skills and collaborative performance with multidisciplinary teams. * **Differentiators** * Experience with **Node.js, React, or React Native**. * Experience with **authentication and security**, such as OAuth2 and SAML. * Knowledge of **Infrastructure as Code (Terraform)**. * Experience with tools such as **Datadog, SonarQube**, and the definition of **SLIs/SLOs**. * Consistent practice of **TDD** and automated testing (unit, integration, performance, and security). **What your day-to-day will be like** * Work in a **collaborative, technical, and continuous evolution-oriented** environment. * Work alongside experienced teams on **high-impact and large-scale** projects. * Have the autonomy to **decide, propose improvements, and influence the architecture** of solutions. * Actively contribute to the **technical and cultural maturity** of the team. **Work Format** Work model: **Remote** Type of hiring: Legal Entity (PJ) * Working hours: **44 hours per week (business hours)** Structure: **Computer provided by VONBZ**, ensuring you have all the necessary foundation to focus on what really matters: creating impactful solutions.
