Hiring model: PJ Work mode: 100% Remote Project duration: 6 to 12 months About the opportunity We are seeking a Senior Java Backend Developer to work on strategic projects and maintenance of critical applications, participating in the development of scalable solutions, integrations, performance improvements, and architectural evolution within an agile environment. Responsibilities * Develop and maintain Java back\-end applications; * Analyze and implement performance, scalability, and stability improvements for applications; * Ensure availability and quality of production environments; * Develop and maintain APIs and system integrations; * Monitor metrics, logs, and observability indicators; * Participate in agile ceremonies of the squad; * Support validation processes, bug fixes, and production deployments; * Contribute to technical definitions, project discovery, and solution design; * Participate in technical refinement and task breakdown with the team; * Work with continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD) pipelines. Mandatory requirements * Proven experience as a Senior Back\-end Developer; * Minimum 5 years of Java development experience; * Experience with agile methodologies; * Experience with code versioning using Git/GitHub; * Experience with CI/CD pipelines; * Experience with relational and non-relational databases; * Strong analytical ability, logical reasoning, and communication skills.
