Are you ready to join us on this journey? **Responsibilities and duties** **What are we looking for?** A technology-, automation-, and innovation-loving professional with an analytical mindset, architectural vision, strong problem-solving ability, and a focus on continuous improvement of infrastructure and cloud platforms. We seek someone who enjoys sharing knowledge, collaborating effectively, and directly contributing to the organization's digital transformation. **Your day-to-day will include:** * Administering, monitoring, and maintaining hybrid infrastructure environments (Cloud and On\-Premises), ensuring high availability, performance, security, and service continuity. * Managing and evolving AWS and Azure environments, ensuring adoption of best practices in architecture, governance, and resource optimization. * Administering On\-Premises infrastructure, including Windows Server and Linux servers, VMware environments, and AIX platforms. * Implementing and promoting DevOps practices to foster integration between Infrastructure and Development teams, increasing delivery efficiency and quality. * Developing and maintaining Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) solutions using Terraform, ensuring standardization, scalability, and environment automation. * Administering and supporting containerized environments with Kubernetes, ensuring application availability, scalability, and reliability. * Automating operational routines, infrastructure provisioning, and deployment pipelines, reducing manual tasks and improving operational efficiency. * Managing repositories and version control workflows using GitHub, supporting implementation of continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD) pipelines. * Continuously monitoring environments to identify risks, performance bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities, proposing preventive and corrective actions. * Resolving critical incidents and infrastructure issues, ensuring service continuity and compliance with service-level agreements (SLAs). * Participating in technology modernization projects, cloud migration initiatives, and corporate infrastructure architecture evolution. * Implementing and maintaining infrastructure security controls, backup and disaster recovery procedures, and governance policies. * Documenting architectures, operational procedures, technical standards, and best practices to support knowledge management within the area. * Providing technical support to multidisciplinary teams, sharing knowledge and contributing to the evolution of infrastructure, automation, and DevOps practices. **Requirements and qualifications** * Solid experience administering and sustaining hybrid environments (Cloud and On\-Premises). * Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Azure and AWS. * Experience administering Windows Server and Linux servers. * Hands-on experience with VMware virtualization and AIX environment administration. * Experience implementing and managing Kubernetes environments. * Knowledge of Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) using Terraform. * Experience with GitHub, source code versioning, and automation of CI/CD pipelines. * Knowledge of DevOps practices and culture, infrastructure automation, and environment management. * Experience in monitoring, troubleshooting, and resolving incidents in critical infrastructure environments. * Knowledge of networking, protocols, information security, backup, and disaster recovery. * Experience in cloud migration, modernization, and infrastructure evolution projects. * Familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum and/or Kanban). **Nice-to-have qualifications** * AWS, Azure, Kubernetes, or Terraform certifications. * Knowledge of FinOps practices and cloud cost optimization. * Intermediate English proficiency. * Clear communication with multidisciplinary teams. * Analytical mindset and problem-solving orientation. * Proactivity and continuous improvement mindset. * Time management and task organization skills. * Ability to work autonomously. * Strong verbal and written communication skills in Portuguese. **Work schedule** * Remote * 08:00 AM to 5:30 PM (Lunch break from 11:30 AM to 1:00 PM) **NOTE:** Hey!
