The team’s primary challenge is sustaining growth in transaction volume while focusing on reducing rejections, errors, and latency. This position will be responsible for Level 3 monitoring and support. **Responsibilities and Duties:** * Monitor and ensure stability of the electronic transaction system; * Resolve complex incidents (Level 3); * Analyze logs and data flows to identify bottlenecks; * Track API and EDI integrations with partners; * Propose improvements and automation for operational processes. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Mandatory:** * Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, or related fields; * Senior-level experience in IT Operations; * Knowledge of databases (SQL Server or Oracle) and log analysis; * Solid understanding of XML file structure and REST API consumption using HTTP methods (POST and GET). **Desirable:** * Familiarity with electronic transaction systems (authorizers or gateways); * Knowledge of ITIL methodologies and monitoring tools such as Splunk, Dynatrace, Zabbix, or Grafana; * Experience in the health insurance provider segment. **Additional Information** By caring for our people, we become the healthcare that people desire and the world needs—check out our benefits: * Nutrition care: Meal Voucher/Food Voucher or on-site cafeteria (depending on location); * Health care: Health Plan and Life Insurance; * Professional development: Dasa University, Career Development Cycle, Technology/PMAX Academies, and the “Grow Within Dasa” Program; * Others: Transportation Voucher and Performance Bonus (PPR).
