About the position We are looking for a Senior AI Engineer or Senior Data Scientist to directly drive the digital transformation of the People & Management area, with a focus on Culture, Training, and Development. In this role, you will be responsible for researching, designing, and developing solutions based on Generative Artificial Intelligence, creating intelligent agents and automations that directly impact employee experience. You will have autonomy to explore new technologies, as well as technical guidance, architectural mentoring, and support in defining best practices for building scalable and secure solutions. Responsibilities ✔ Develop, test, and deploy intelligent agents and virtual assistants for initiatives in Culture, Training & Development, and Onboarding. ✔ Identify opportunities for automation and application of Generative AI in People & Management processes. ✔ Develop models, prompts, intelligent workflows, and experiments using LLMs. ✔ Build solutions using modern AI architectures, ensuring quality, scalability, and adherence to best practices. ✔ Collaborate with HR, Culture, and technical leadership teams to transform business challenges into technological solutions. ✔ Conduct research and evaluation of new tools, models, and technologies related to Artificial Intelligence. Requirements ✔ Solid experience as an AI Engineer and/or Data Scientist. ✔ Experience building AI agents and applications based on Generative AI. ✔ Proficiency in the LLM ecosystem, prompt engineering, automation, and model orchestration. ✔ Experience orchestrating LLM calls using LiteLLM. ✔ Experience creating workflows and automations with n8n. ✔ Knowledge of AWS environments, especially AWS Bedrock. ✔ Strong analytical ability, autonomy in research, and problem-solving skills for complex issues. ✔ Good communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and business teams. Nice-to-have ➕ Experience with projects focused on HR, Organizational Culture, Training & Development, or Onboarding. ➕ Experience building AI solutions for corporate functions. ➕ Knowledge of governance, architecture, and best practices for Generative AI. ➕ Experience designing scalable solutions using cloud services.
