Job Summary: Actively prospect potential customers and qualify leads by identifying their needs and scheduling meetings for the sales team. Key Highlights: 1. Opportunity to develop negotiation and communication skills BASIC REQUIREMENTS: * Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree (any field; Production Engineering or Marketing preferred) * Prior experience in sales and customer service * Strong negotiation, verbal, and written communication skills * Organized and highly productive RESPONSIBILITIES: * Conduct active prospecting (phone, WhatsApp, email, social media) * Respond to and qualify marketing-generated leads * Identify the prospect's profile, needs, and buying stage * Apply qualification criteria (e.g., profile, budget, authority, need, timing) * Schedule qualified meetings for the closing team * Record information in the CRM and update the sales pipeline * Monitor performance metrics and individual goals * Maintain follow-up with unconverted leads SALARY/BENEFITS: * Salary: R$ 1809.52 to R$ 2185.14 + Commission * Meal allowance: R$ 26.00 + Transportation allowance + Health insurance + Wellhub + Book incentive * Working hours: 9:00 AM–6:00 PM, Monday to Friday * Saturday: 9:00 AM–1:00 PM, Remote work * Location: Aldeota Job type: Full-time CLT Job type: Full-time CLT Workplace: On-site Job type: Full-time CLT Compensation: R$1.800,00 – R$2.100,00 per month Benefits: * Health insurance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Workplace: On-site
