We are seeking a Salesforce Developer (with focus on Service Cloud) to drive the evolution of digital customer journeys for usage and relationship management across digital channels (mobile app and conversational bot). This professional will be responsible for developing solutions on the Salesforce platform, integrating systems via APIs, and contributing to building scalable, high-performance, customer-centric digital journeys. The role will involve close collaboration with Product, Digital Channels, Architecture, and Engineering teams in a collaborative, dynamic, and results-driven environment. **Responsibilities and Duties** Develop robust and scalable solutions on the Salesforce platform, focusing on digital customer journeys for usage and relationship management. Develop solutions using Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC), implementing business logic and UI components. Develop solutions using OmniStudio. Implement automations and business processes using Salesforce Flows, Validation Rules, and declarative tools. Integrate systems via APIs, OAuth authentication, and service-oriented architectures. **Requirements and Qualifications** Bachelor’s degree completed in Systems Analysis and Development, Engineering, or related fields. Knowledge of standard Salesforce objects and their relationships (Account, Contact, Lead, Opportunity, Case). Experience with integrations via REST/SOAP APIs, OAuth authentication, and service-oriented architectures. Experience developing and maintaining integrations between Salesforce and external systems. Hands-on experience in environments using version control (Git), CI/CD, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure). Experience working in agile teams and collaborating with business and product areas. Proven experience as a Salesforce Developer, with emphasis on integrations and digital channels. Interest in full-stack development within the Salesforce ecosystem. Ability to work autonomously, responsibly, and with strong ownership mindset. Technical English for reading documentation. Solid experience with the Salesforce Platform, with focus on Service Cloud. Experience creating technical documentation. Knowledge and experience with OmniStudio (DataRaptor, FlexCards, Integration Procedures).
