What we offer 100% remote work Dental assistance Commissions of R$ 500 to R$ 1\.000 per contract closed through meetings scheduled by you Bonus of R$ 500 to R$ 800 for hitting the target Your mission You will be responsible for generating and scheduling qualified sales opportunities for our team. Active prospecting of potential clients; Contact with leads via WhatsApp and other channels; Initial qualification of interested parties; Scheduling meetings with the Sales Executive; Follow\-up with leads; Organization and updating of sales information. You do not need to conduct the meeting or close the contract. Your focus will be to generate the opportunity and ensure it reaches the meeting. How does the commission work? Your effort can lead to great compensation: Contract closed through a meeting scheduled by you → R$ 500 to R$ 1\.000 in commission. Additionally, upon reaching the target, you will receive an additional bonus of R$ 500 to R$ 800\.. The better your performance, the higher your earnings. We are looking for someone who: Has good communication skills; Is proactive; Has a sales profile; Is organized; Is persistent in follow\-ups; Enjoys working with targets and results. Experience as an SDR, BDR, pre-sales, or telemarketing will be a plus, but is not mandatory.
