JOB OPENING FOR SALES PROSPECTOR — REMOTE Vital Essence Clinic is seeking a professional to conduct prospecting and qualification of women interested in women's health, longevity, hormonal balance, weight loss, emotional health, and epigenetic assessment. REQUIREMENTS: * Proven experience as a prospector, SDR, or pre-sales **Experience with customer service and prospecting via Instagram and WhatsApp** Strong written communication skills and ability to build rapport **Organizational skills to record contacts and conduct follow-ups** Proactive, disciplined, and results-oriented profile **Ability to understand women's health services** Availability to attend training sessions and alignment meetings PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: * Experience with clinics, healthcare, aesthetics, nutrition, or digital markets **Knowledge of sales funnels and lead qualification** Experience with consultative sales of high-value services **Familiarity with CRM systems, spreadsheets, and sales metrics** RESPONSIBILITIES: * Initiate conversations with potential patients via Instagram and WhatsApp **Identify leads' needs, symptoms, and goals** Provide an initial explanation of the Vital Method and clinic services **Pre-qualify interested individuals prior to commercial outreach** Schedule meetings or assessments with qualified leads **Conduct follow-up and ongoing tracking** Maintain updated records and performance metrics WORK MODEL: * Remote work **Commission-based compensation** 10% commission on sales, per clinic policy **Training on the Vital Method, epigenetic assessment, and services** Growth opportunities based on performance We seek a woman with hands-on prospecting experience who can conduct conversations with empathy, strategy, and commercial intent.
